Transmission Chain Centre offers “ROTOFLUID” brand gear pump Model “FTSS” (SS Rotary Gear Pump, Stainless Steel Gear Pump) this a self priming, foot mounting type positive displacement rotary gear pump. Model “FTSS” having all Stainless Steel (SS-316) in a three piece construction with the use of investment casting it not only makes it easy to maintain and clean, Which is another reason it is frequently used in food industries.
These pumps have SS-316 + nitrated Gear and shaft to give a long life and Issue free performance. The shaft also incorporates Teflon coated self lubricating DU Bushes as well as the sealing is done with “GFO” Teflon sealant which gives zero leakage. The pump has right angle mounting brackets which facilitates for foot mounting of the pump on the base plate of the suitable Electric Motor. These pumps have been tried and tested for a long life and due to their sturdy construction and design it assures a long and trouble free usage.
The suction and delivery connection are available in 1/4″ to 2 ½” size. These pumps can be operated up to pressure of 10 kg/cm² with 8.33 LPM to 300 LPM flow capacity and has suction lift of 1m to 5m at rated speed of 1440 RPM. These pumps are designed up to maximum Viscosity to 1,00,000 SSU and maximum temperature up to 200ºc.
